Windows 10 is the latest version of Microsoft's operating system, which recovers many features lost in previous editions while introducing features desired by users that were already available in competing software.
One of its main novelties is the return of the start menu on the traditional desktop after its disappearance in Windows 8, being able to access from there the majority of programs installed together with the 'Live Tiles' of the Metro desktop, the latter being another of the main improvements of the operating system: finally the Windows Store and traditional applications will be unified, being able to use them in the window interchangeably.
Another of the expected additions is that it is finally possible to work simultaneously on several virtual desktops natively. To improve usability, the 'Task Switch' has been greatly enhanced to switch between one window and another, so that the use of large amounts of software simultaneously is much more fluid.
All these features are housed in a single edition that unifies all the platforms it is capable of covering, that is, that the same edition of Windows 10 will be able to work on both desktops and ultra-compact devices.
